I've been a full-time Realtor since 1989.  Why should that matter to you?  A big part of my job is educating my client so you understand your real estate transaction.  I've been educating clients for 34 years so far. 

Another big part of the job is preventing or solving problems to keep your transaction moving smoothly.  In my years in real estate, I have worked through most issues that can arise in your listing or purchase. I am proactive, working in advance to avoid problems, or to seamlessly solve issues, saving you stress. I sweat the details so you can live your life. That's my job, and I'm good at it.

I may be less high-tech than some Realtors, but I understand the business. I know how things work, and why. I have a solid knowledge of real estate transactions that many Realtors haven't yet learned. I feel it's more important to serve you by knowing the why's than it is to send out another tweet or put you on another automatic email list.  Do your research. You want a Realtor with the underlying knowledge to make sure your transaction goes smoothly, and is closed solidly. 

Knowledge and experience are hard to earn, and they last. Because that's what's important.
